AFTER-HOURS ASSISTANCE

Mechanical Breakdown

If you have purchased a mechanical breakdown policy (Auto, RV or Powersports) and experience an emergency failure after our normal business hours (scroll down to the bottom of the home page), including holidays, please refer to your Contract for detailed claim instructions.

If you cannot locate your Contract, please call 1-888-697-7896 for after-hours assistance relating to Emergency Roadside Assistance that may be available to you 24/7. Please note that minor emergency repairs under $300 that occur after hours may proceed without prior authorization from us; however, if you authorize repairs that are not covered by your Contract, these repairs are not reimbursable. You must notify us within three (3) business days from the date of your emergency repair. Please take a date/time stamped photograph of the damaged component. Emergency repairs in excess of $300 may require prior authorization.

Tire & Wheel Protection

If you have purchased a tire protection policy (Auto, RV or Powersports) and experience an emergency puncture after our normal business hours (scroll down to the bottom of the home page), including holidays, please refer to your Contract for detailed claim instructions. Failures caused by a covered road hazard, such as nails, glass, rocks, etc., are eligible for replacement if the puncture is unrepairable.

If you cannot locate your Contract, please call 1-888-697-7896 for after-hours assistance relating to Emergency Roadside Assistance that may be available to you 24/7. Please note that minor emergency repairs under $300 that occur after hours may proceed without prior authorization from us; however, if you authorize repairs that are not covered by your Contract, or the tire puncture is repairable, but replaced, these repairs are not reimbursable. You must notify us within three (3) business days from the date of your emergency repair. Please take photographs of the damaged tire and/or wheel and retain the damaged item until the claim process and be completed. Requests for tire claim forms can be emailed to claims@nationwarranty.com or faxed to 954-340-7465. Emergency repairs in excess of $300 may require prior authorization.



Non-Emergency Claims (All Products)

All non-emergency claims require prior authorization from us, which may be obtained by contacting us during our normal business hours.

Assistance with claim approvals, cancellations, status updates, sales related to private-seller purchases or general information about your coverage, please call us during our normal business hours (scroll down to the bottom of the Home Page) or send an email to assistance@nationwarranty. After hours, including weekends, you may call us and choose to leave a voice mail message and we will return your call on the following business day.
